Acne Home Remedy

Tea Tree Oil is a great anti-bacterial natural substance. When applied on acne, tea tree oil helps the immune system to kill the bacteria and consequently reduce the inflammation. Using Tea Tree Oil in conjunction with Vitamin E supplements (an anti-oxidant) and an excellent healing agent, can not only heal the blemishes but also cure scar tissues.
  • Dab a cotton swab into the tea tree oil.
  • Gently apply the oil onto the acne areas with the swab before going to bed.
  • Rinse off the tea tree oil in the morning.
  • Take Vitamin E supplements as directed on the package to speed up the healing process

 

Home Remedy for Age Spots

The acid in Lemon juice has been shown to help fade the appearance of age spots. Simply dab fresh lemon juice directly onto the spots twice daily and you should begin to notice improvements in about two months.
NOTE: If you plan to go outdoors, wait for the juice to dry as it increases the skin's sensitivity to sunlight

Castor Oil has been shown to improve the appearance of age spots as well. Simple rub the oil directly onto the affected skin areas once in the morning and once in the evening. This should help fade the spots within a month

Hair Loss Home Remedy

Rosemary, which is an herb that is high in iron, calcium, and Vitamin B6, has been known to help combat dandruff. Since dandruff is a source of hair loss, the rosemary herb can also be used to treat it. Here is a simple remedy that you can use to treat hair loss:
  • Put half a cup of rosemary into a pan and add 2 litres of water to it.
  • Simmer the mixture for 10-15 minutes and then let it cool.
  • Strain the mixture into a container and then mix a few drops of wheat germ oil.
  • Wash your hair with a mild shampoo (such as baby shampoo), and then apply the rosemary mixture evenly through your hair.
  • Let it sit for 1 minute, and then wash your hair thoroughly with lukewarm water.
  • Use this mixture daily.

Stress is a leading cause of temporary hair loss. Jatamansi is a traditional Ayurvedic herb that has been know to help relieve stress and therefore promote hair growth. Brahmi is another Ayurvedic herb that helps to revitalize the brain cells and promotes memory functions and concentration. If stress is leading to your hair loss, try the following simple remedy that uses these two herbs together:

  • Mix equal amounts of jatamamsi and brahmi into a small container.
  • Add 1 teaspoon of this mixture into 1 cup of hot water.
  • Drink the hot water mixture 2 or 3 times a day to relieve stress.

Note: As a safety precaution, avoid using jatamansi and brahmi during pregnancy since there are no clinical studies studying the effect of these herbs on unborn children

High Blood Pressure Home Remedy
Research has shown that munching on celery can help to lower blood pressure. It turns out that compounds found in the oil of celery can relax and dilate the muscles that line the arteries, which helps to regulate blood pressure. Therefore, simply eating a few stalks of celery per day as a simple snack at lunch can help significantly

Garlic has also been known to help reduce high blood pressure. Although the exact reasons are still not clear, studies have shown that eating just a single clove a day (either raw or cooked) has a beneficial effect. An added bonus for eating garlic is that it is also known to reduce cholesterol. Therefore, regularly consuming garlic, either fresh or in capsule form, is a great way to reduce your risk of heart disease
Arthritis Natural Cure 


Flax Seed is often believed to be a natural cure for arthritis. Flax Seed Oil's main content, Omega-3 fats, help our body produce Prostaglandins Series 1 and 3, which are anti-inflammatory hormone-like molecules. These molecules help reduce the inflammation associated with Rheumatoid Arthritis and Osteoarthritis. 

Simply take one tablespoon of Flax Seed 3 times daily.
  • For breakfast, add Flax Seeds to your cereal, muffin, or bread, or mix ground Flax Seeds into chocolate/strawberry milk or orange juice.
  • For lunch and dinner, Flax Seeds can be ground and sprinkled directly onto almost any meal.
Flax Seed Oil can also be used instead of the raw seeds. Take 1 teaspoon of Flax Seed Oil 3 times daily. The oil can be added to food as well. Continue this remedy for at least one month to cure the primary forms of arthritis.

Recent studies have shown that  Cinnamon is a remarkable natural treatment for arthritis pain. Simply add half a teaspoon of cinnamon powder to one tablespoon of  honey every morning before breakfast. Repeat this daily for one month. Results should be noticeable within the first week

Natural Remedy for Migraines

The flowers of henna have been found to be very effective at curing headaches and migraines. A simple home remedy is to dip henna flowers in vinegar and then rub them against the forehead for quick pain relief.

Rosemary has been found to be an amazing cure for headaches resulting from exposure to cold weather. A simple home remedy for treating migraines and headaches is the following:

  • Add a handful of rosemary into a litre of water and bring it to a boil.
  • Pour the rosemary and water mixture into a large bowl.
  • Cover your head with a towel, but keep the face exposed.
  • Lean over the bowl and inhale the steam.
  • Occassionally lift your head back up if the heat becomes uncomfortable.
  • Continue inhaling the steam for 5 to 10 minutes.
